My first BioChannels experience was fantastic.  Kyle is so welcoming, personable, and knowledgeable.  As someone with recurring neck and back pain, I was so excited to chat with Kyle and learn about the options and recommendations for some of my long standing challenges.  My first cupping and acupuncture experience was perfect.  It gave me quick relief in the area I was most hoping for. I've been seeing Kyle at BioChannels Acupuncture, and my experience has far exceeded expectations. I've been dealing with trigeminal neuralgia for almost two years, and the team here has been incredible in helping me transition off medication through acupuncture and other healing techniques. They’re knowledgeable, passionate, and truly care about their patients. The office has a welcoming, family-like vibe, but their level of expertise is next level. I had a really wonderful experience here. Kyle is knowledgeable, professional, and takes the time to get to know you and your health goals. He does an excellent job explaining the whole process, as someone who was completely new to acupuncture I really appreciated that, plus I learned a lot about my overall health. I can’t say enough good things about BioChannels Acupuncture! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. Kyle is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely compassionate. During my consultation, it was clear that I was in good hands. He took the time to listen and explain everything, which instantly put me at ease. Both Kyle and Jensen make an amazing team. They truly listen to my concerns and show a deep commitment to my well-being. It’s obvious how much they care about helping people. In just a few weeks, they’ve gone from being providers to feeling like friends (Joanna, too!), which speaks to the warm environment they create. Most importantly, the chronic pain I had been struggling with is finally gone. It’s truly a special place, and I look forward to each visit. Kyle and Jensen have changed my life. For over a year my rheumatoid arthritis was out of control and my rheumatologist couldn’t find any drugs or treatments that would work consistently. My daughter recommended I try acupuncture. I was in so much pain at my first appointment at BioChannels, I could barely walk. Now 4 months later I am a living without pain! I can’t recommend them enough. They are both extremely passionate about helping people live pain free and healthy lives. I give BioChannels Acupuncture 10 stars! Make an appointment. Incredible healers!!! Kyle is a miracle worker - he helped me with headaches that i had for over a year when countless other doctors could not. Dr Jensen, the physical therapist at the office was also incredible with dry needling. In addition, Kyle helped me with adhesions in my hands - his innovative approaches to acupuncture basically melted them away…again, after the best hands specialist doctor in Ohio said “they aren’t that bad, live with them”.
